The next version of Mahindra’s Mini SUV, KUV100 NXT has launched. This is the precursor to the increasing popularity of sports utility cars in India. The bumper and grille was designed in the aggressive form. Headlamp made more sporting. Headlamp design is the dual chamber sunglass style with LED Day Time Running Light. The interior is designed with spotty all black color. The main attraction is the new 7 inch touch screen infotainment system. Despite the navigation facility, Android and Apple have no connectivity. With Mahindra Blue Sense App you can connect to your phone via Bluetooth. It retains the joystick style gear level as well. The company has also provided spare storage space to store water and other things in the Door and between Seat. The most unique feature of the KUV100 is its six-seat configuration. But it’s not very practical sitting for three adults in the front, unless the middle passenger is a child. The required leg space and headroom space are included. The middle seat in the front row can be us as armrest when not in use. Next to the previous model KUV100 NXT is 25 mm long and 20 mm wide. It has a length of 3700 mm and has a length of 1735 mm and a 1655m high. The wheelbase is 2385 mm. The company has also provided 170 mm ground clearance. The boot space capacity is 243 liters. If the back seat is folded, it can be increased to 473 liters. Fuel tank capacity is 35 liters.
The new Mahindra KUV100 NXT is powered by 1.2 liter engine. The 1.2 liter petrol engine is equipped with 82 bhp power and 115 Nm torque. The 1.2 liter diesel engine produce 77 bhp power and 190 nm torque. Mahindra is offering a 5 speed manual gearbox in the KUV100 NXT. The ex-showroom’s price ranges from Rs 4.50 lakh to Rs 7.50 lakh.
