Suzuki is planning to launch 150cc cruiser bikes to Indian motorcycle market. The MD of Suzuki India have recently announced news regarding the launch of the lower displacement cruiser bikes in India. The design of bike will be influenced from the high end model Suzuki Intruder. Suzuki GZ 150 is the model that are planning to launch India. This bike is expected to showcase at Auto Expo 2018 and GZ 150 is expected to be a good competitor for Bajaj Avenger. If the Suzuki make the pricing of GZ 150 it would be a nightmare for Avenger.
the new Suzuki GZ 150 comes with 149cc, air-cooled, fuel-injected, single cylinder engine which will produce a maximum power of 15BHP and maximum torque of 11Nm. it has got 5-speed gear transmission system. The top speed of this bike is expected to be 100 kmph. The front suspension of GZ 150 will be Telescopic fork and rear one will be Dual Springs, 5-step adjustable. The front brakes will be Disc plate with 2-piston caliper and rear one will be Drum. The overall length of this bike is 2,250 and overall width is 900 and overall height is 1,160. The fuel tank capacity of GZ 150 is 12litres and it is expected to have an fuel efficiency of 55 KMPL. The expected price of Suzuki GZ 150 is around INR 75,000-80,000.
